This was exactly what I tried to do but the bad part is that I continued to do the same thing with no success over and over again. I mean I had begun to stack up more sets of golf Iron sets than I care to remember and after every new purchase I would justify my irrational expenditures by fooling myself into thinking that having all this extra equipment was just part of the game. Too bad my wife did not share my views. I mean it gotten so bad that I actually had to hide few of my Golf club sets over a friend’s house so that she would not see them and pitch a fit.

As time progressed I began to face reality and finally realized that when it came to Golf irons it was quality over quantity. I remember wanting to kick myself thinking why I didn’t see this four sets or irons ago. I started to kind of feel a little bad about hiding these things from my wife and decided to finally end this sneaky treachery and dispose of them.

So I listed all four sets on Craigslist for an unheard of low price and sold them all in less than a week. Now I was back at square one and did not have one set of irons to use. I must admit that at first I felt like I had sold my soul and there was nothing left of me but now that I think back on what I did I could not be happier. I set out to get my hands on the best quality iron set that I could find. After searching around for almost two weeks I ended up with the Callaway Diablo Forged Irons reviews in which all members talked highly about these clubs and showed improvements in their scores too. The other irons like Taylormade Diablo forged irons just did not seem to have the required features in them.

I’ve been playing with a set of irons that I settled on for the past seven years. Before that, I had an old set of Wilson Staffs that I absolutely loved.Unfortunately, golf clubs(especially grooves) don’t last forever.

Ever since my wife bought me a new driver and 3 wood for Christmas last year, I began a search for a set of irons that I would really like. I spent the last few months going to stores and trying to find the right set. I decided to purchase the Diablo Forged. These babies are sweeeet!

Since I play to a 6 handicap, I can strike the ball pretty good most of the time. When I played with my old set of forged irons the good shot felt really good. There’s nothing like the feel of a well struck iron shot off of a forged iron. But OUCH! Mishit it, and you could feel the vibrations all the way to the teeth. And, the lost of distance was alway something to be reckoned with.

That’s why I love my new set of Callaway Diablo Forged Irons. The well struck shot feels like butter, but the mishits are not brutal at all and I hardly lose any distance at all. I also hit my irons 10 yards farther across the set.

Here’s why I think you should get them asap. I have a friend that I play with all of the time that shoots in the mid-90’s. He plays a set of Pings that I’ve hit before. They are pretty nice. I decided to try an experiment with him. Since he’s a lot younger than I am, I knew that he had never hit a set of forged irons before. I let him hit a few shots, and he was really impressed. So impressed that when we played a couple of weeks later, he had a new set of Callaway Diablo Edge Irons in his bag.

If they can impress an average golfer like him so much that he rushed out to buy them, I think they will benefit you too. That’s why I wrote this review of the Callaway Diablo Edge Irons. They are impressive.

I really had no idea how hard it would be to get ahold of more than just a demo 6 iron. I tried the Diablo Edge Game Improvement clubs a couple of months ago, but Callaway really took their time getting these from the drawing board to the production line. Until recently, even major golf retailers, and magazine testers had a hard time getting ahold of anything more than a standard issue 6 Iron to demo. It proved to be well worth the wait. Here's why better players--meaning at least Lower Mid-Cappers-- need to give these a try. Callaway has truly fashioned a game improvement club for the better player.
